What are you playing?

And that's my problem. I have no patience for the "Wait 5 hours for this to complete" type game. I played Fallout Shelter for maybe two weeks before I just got too bored. Maybe it was longer. It was long enough to unlock all the rooms at least.
But hey, it cured my Clash of Clans addiction, so there's that.

Jesus having Ryoma is like using Orlandu in FFT. Dude is a walking steel wall that shits death. Massive melee damage, massive ranged damage, and most reclassed enemies barely make a dent on him.

Leo and Xander are both this in Conquest.

Takumi also rains death, and it's hilarious to give him Counter for when you need to place him in attack range.

Yeah I kinda figured Xander would be the same. I haven't used Takumi much, because I was trying to pair Setsuna off first, but I need to bring him in for leveling soon.

My big issue with Ryoma (And this might be because I'm playing on hard), is that he is dodgy as fuck, but when hits land, he gets wrecked.

Takumi was my go-to archer. Made him sniper class and wrecked so much face.
I'm working on him now, I'd initially planned to make him a Kishi Knight but I think Sniper would work much better for him.

I think the only character I've used that I really don't see much use in is Hinoka. Gonna marry her off and then never use her again, I think.

Didn't use her much either, although I made it a point to make all "beginning" characters into an elite class. In birthright its simple to simply scout higher level areas, bring in my main guy, pair up and go to town.

Wanna know who ended up kicking more ass than all my other characters, including my main and rymoa?

Freaking Azama. Classed him into Great Master. Huge HP pool, high defense, hit hard. He could tank just about anything, and could serve as a secondary healer to boot.

I made Hinoka into a Basara in Birthright, she was pretty badass. Odds are high that if you Heart Seal someone who sucks, they will be awesome.

So far my three best non-royalty units have been Rinkah as a Blacksmith (MU's wife and a crit machine), Kaze as a Mechanist (fast as shit and takes no damage), and Oboro as a Spearmaster. I just kind of pulled Oboro in randomly after noticing she has a pretty high attack, and now she ruins people, especially in the part of the game with mostly Nohr enemies on the map thanks to her Nohr Hateboner skill. I just married her to Hinata, so I'm hoping their kid is a beast.

Dragon Age: Inquisition

It's like the Whose Line is it Anyway? of video games. Everything is made up and the points don't matter. It doesn't seem to change anything when I upgrade weapons or level up in this game. The war table seems to only offer minor differences according to what agent I assign to what. In any case, the story is interesting.

I think I'm done with Prison Architect now. It's a good game, but it doesn't feel finished. There are quite a few bugs and quirks, generally not game-breaking, but enough to feel annoying. When you need to start thinking about working around the bugs as much as you think about the design of the prison, then something's wrong with your game.

For example, right now I'm dealing with a bug where all the indoor environments have a temperature of zero degrees Celsius. That's right, no matter what I build, no matter what the outdoor temperature is, it's literally freezing inside. My prison yard is a pleasant 20 degrees Celsius. Inside the cells and canteens and freaking kitchens? Sorry, best I can do is zero degrees. This has, quite understandably, been rather unpopular among my 300+ prisoners. They have responded accordingly. I found myself scheduling extra yard time just so my prisoners won't go on mass riots because they're freezing their royal incarcerated nay-nays off.

So, moving on to another game now. Bought LA Noire a while back, might give it a whirl.

Man, Agar.io really blows goats now. Lags like shit, bullshit facebook/google login microtransaction nonsense, a total shitfest from start to finish. RIP what was once a fun timewaster.

It's a popular game now. I catch kids playing it constantly in the library. I keep forgetting to tell the tech department to block the site since kids aren't supposed to use the library comps for games.

Also there are quite a few bots for Agario available now, and they can play pretty much perfectly. If you find you simply cannot escape that sonuvabitch who keeps eating you, it's quite possible the human in front of the keyboard is just watching his bot play.

Full disclosure: I was that human, once or twice.

I'd be satisfied if my cell actually changed directions within 0.5 seconds of me moving my mouse the exact opposite direction I'm travelling.[DOUBLEPOST=1458874314,1458874282][/DOUBLEPOST]
Yeah, I'd like my job even more if I didn't have to deal with snotty high schoolers. Or high schoolers in general, really. I can only hope I wasn't that much of a dingus when I was a teenager.
Oh we were, we were.

And then the very day I post I'm done with Prison Architect, they release an update that deals with thermodynamics. All right then, time to dive back in and see if this glitch is fixed.

AGH ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME FIRE EMBLEM WITH STORY DEATHS

Just found out I could have avoided Kaze dying if I'd gotten him to A rank, but I fucked up and saved over the file after he died. He was one of my best units, fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck

It's all fun and games until someone starts developing custom ASICs to crush the competition.

Yeah, I went and looked it up after that chapter ended. Ugh I'm still a little pissed, there's no indication his death is coming nor that you can do something to stop it until it happens. What's worse is it's not even a good story death, it just happens out of fucking nowhere.

In lighter news, Kaden is an unstoppable magekiller and Rinkah is sitting on about 70% crit. Her Res is awful, but I think if I beef up her speed or maybe Def she'll be great for melee-nuking.

My brother is playing a new character in The Division. He's pretending he's a disgruntled city employee, tasked with shutting all the car doors and hoods so people don't steal these vehicles.

He's been wandering the streets of New York using his pistol to shut doors and hoods for about 10 minutes now. I think he's just found his new favorite downtime activity.

I roleplay that my agent was embedded within an Apple Store.
