[Gaming] Diablo 3 : Ser Farm-A-Lot

Level 60 solo grift was evil. Eeeevil.

Let me know if you'd like help on T9 in under 4. The ideal set up is three or four very fast clearers on an open map.

I won't turn it down.
I just don't know when it'll be.
I could probably get it in public play, except that nobody plays T9 in public, it's always TX, and I don't know if I could clear 1/4 of a TX map in < 4min yet.

I can't tonight but could tomorrow.

The easiest way is to have us each run in opposite directions and make the biggest train possible and kill them efficiently.

If your migraine clears up before the season ends, that would be great. I can hit 80% or more in 4min solo, but I haven't gotten a full clear in under 5min yet (except for one lucky combo of speed+conduit that got me to 4:10 - soooo close!).

Ok, I've cleaned out my inbox of all my pending items, even did a little bit of redistribution amongst my existing chars. S5 may now officially begin!

I've decided I don't want to play anything but Witch Doctor anymore. I've tried the other classes, but they just didn't work well for me. Oh, and I finally hit Paragon 700. Keep in mind I've only played solo and we don't have seasons on console, so this isn't too shabby.

Listen to this while leveling

Well, that was the weirdest thing I've seen today. I must be getting old cause 15 years ago that wouldn't have even phased me.

I just logged in for the first time in ages. 837 paragon and 21 billion gold lol!

And now with rebirth, I can keep the running total time for my characters.....yeah...not sure I need to know :)

I just reconfigured/rerolled some of my Crusader stuff. The Crusader that was critting for 1.2 billion? Yeah. He's critting for 3.5 billion now. And there's still room for improvement.
Sheesh.
Yeah I got a hundred million gold or so and I didn't play nearly as much as you.
I know! Prior to this last season, the most gold I ever collected was probably a few hundred million over a season. This season? Well over three billion gold, the vast majority of which was without any help of Boon of the Hoarder/Goldskin/etc. Ridiculous.

Cripes. I haven't seen a marked improvement in my damage numbers in a while, though I'm sure that will change with the new patch.

And 21 billion gold, holy crap. I thought my 5.4 was a lot. I do plan to do the no set set with gold items when the new patch comes out so I can fuel my gem upgrading.

Why is that? I never put points into gold find first.
The game forces you to rotate between all 4 categories (core/offense/defense/utility) when you gain points.
So even though you might not ever want to put any points into gold find, you have to because you'll have 50 points left over in that category that you can't put into any of the other three skills since there's a max of 50 for each one (except vit and stat) and it doesn't let you trade points between categories.
Once you hit P800, you'll have 200/200/200/200 to spend, which will max out every category (due to each one having 4 with max 50 ea) so everything from P801 and higher can only go into either Vit or <stat>.

I know. But it made it sound like she wanted to put stuff into primary stat but instead had to put them into gold find. She's high enough it doesn't matter, so I thought she was starting a new toon where she had to make a choice.

Wait. She is saying that. Never mind. I get it. She's saying when the next season starts she'll have to eventually put points into gold find when it's kind of a throw away.

Exactly.
You get to a point where money really doesn't matter any longer, so then there's 50pts you can't put towards anything that's actually useful unless/until they add some mechanic that goes off your gold find % like they do with shield block % (Crusader) or Max resource % (Barb, etc).

Is it just me or do some of these changes seem kinda bonkers?

The Witch Doctor changes are all positive and a few of them seem crazy.
I think they want to diversify Witch Doctor at the end game away from the 1-2 builds that currently work for it, as well as make it easier for them to clear Rifts I guess. The Dog and Gargunantuan buffs are quite needed, as they are iconic skills that sort of become worthless after a point.
