[TV] Winter HAS COME! - A Game of Thrones

I guarantee you some parts of the storyline will exceed book 5 this season. Let's be honest, 50% of it pure filler.

Who else was like SWEET ALEXANDER SIDDIQ when he appeared?

Not in 6 more episodes they wont, unless they skip a lot of the non-filler stuff too... not to mention the stuff they added in...

Nope, i was all like: "Bashir is killing it!"

Assuming that some parts of book 4/5 remain intact...

Does this mean Brienne and Stannis are going to run into each other near Winterfell?

He shouldn't be anywhere near Winterfell if those parts of the books remain intact...

Of course with no Umbers mentioned yet, who knows...[DOUBLEPOST=1430502506,1430502446][/DOUBLEPOST]
Was that the main course of a 10 course meal?

Honey glazed suckled pig, of course...

Um, is Littlefinger going to be the one to reveal the biggest fan theory of the series? I find myself wondering.

I told you guys Stannis was awesome, and now you can all join me on the Team Stannis bandwagon.

(RIP Team Tywin)
I like that Stannis told the touching story of saving his daughters life, then stands there awkwardly for several seconds before hugging her back. That really fit the character.

Now that would be stupid... GIVE US HOWLAND REED OR GO HOME HBO!

He should just stick to maybe mentioning that the She-Wolf didn't seem all that opposed to the attention... and he should have said it in that scene imo...

And since "spoiler" is now likely dead, i'm guessing there won't be any Ashara Dayne mentions in the show either...[DOUBLEPOST=1431017215,1431016829][/DOUBLEPOST]
Been over 4 years since the 5th book got released. Any chance it's next year? ^.^

Yeah, about 1%...

I would just like to say that the actor that plays Ramsay has that crazy face down to an art and it is fucking creepy.

The end twist was a major "holy shit" departure from the book. I kinda like where this is going, feels like more will happen.

For any of you who really like the Ramsay actor I would suggest checking out Misfits. I think it's on Hulu. He's in it for the first 4 seasons or so (which are the only ones worth watching) and he's excellent in it. Totally different character, possibly the exact opposite. Well, some similarities.

Well, no JonCon made it pretty much a given that someone else that was travelling with Tyrion would get it...

But i got to say, it happened too fast imo, mentioning something about being in the water and having it show up later would have been better.

And that's why the internet loves the Mannis...

ONE OF US, ONE OF US!!!!

....

Also, this is why the "only your sister" and stuff like it are so disappointing... it's clear they can do subtle stuff very well...

Also, the thing with Cercei and Jaime is inspired by the rumours about Lucrezia Borgia... the Dothraki are mongols, Valerya and Ghis are a mish-mash of Rome and Carthage (dragons = war elephants), Braavos is Renaissance italian city state (Venice mostly, coz of the water) etc...

Guy's a history buff.

...

Oh, and Robb's wife from the books remind me of a certain character from Ring of the Nibelungs... i wonder if she'll marry a horse lord and trick his khalasar in to gruesomely killing her family...
