Funny Pictures Thread. It begins again

Why would you have a digital collection? There's streaming sites.
That's an excellent question, and one I've asked myself for a long time. I have so much porn it is almost certainly impossible for me to look at all of it. I estimate that, in terms of videos alone, I have thousands of hours hours of porn collected, possibly tens of thousands. And that's just the videos, that doesn't include the pornographic pictures, comics, games etc. So why do I keep all this porn? Why do I keep downloading new stuff?

And the answer, I think, is I like collecting it. Some people enjoy collecting stamps, or bottle caps, or Star Wars memorabilia. Some people enjoy spotting trains, or birds, or underwater creatures, and recording the time and date they saw them in little booklets. Me, I like collecting sexually explicit materials. There's not necessarily a practical use to any of this. It's not really all that rational, or pragmatic. But sometimes, it's hard to resist that feeling of, "Ooh, that looks nice, I want that in my collection."

I needed to cull my stash, but trying to pick and choose what was "worthy" was getting me nowhere. So I wiped it. All of it. Or at least 99.9% of it. Anything on external drives? Gone. All videos not in mid-torrent? Gone. And I feel much better about it.

Well, I like Mitch Hedberg, but if you're in the habit of buying donuts for business meetings every week, that adds up. You could itemize that as a business expense and make it a deduction, but you'll need all those receipts.
