True story: I have a huge family, but we don't see each other very often. However, we always gather for Chinese New Year, for a massive family banquet all together. And at this event, I always see girls that make me go, "Wow, she's totally hot, I should go talk to her." And then I remember we're all related to each other.

When I was in the Corps, there was a guy in my platoon from rural Georgia. He met the woman whom he later married. Later on, they received invites to the same family reunion. Turns out that they were second cousins, or somesuch.

You poor man. The only things I know about pokemon come second hand, but even I know the minefield that is Rule 34 Gardevoir. Apparently they can be either gender in canon, too.
