I had one of those dogs when I was a child. Total and complete spazz.
I can tell you, our winters do that and worse to our roads.
Yeah, between out two seasons of "winter" and "construction", finding a smooth patch of asphalt to drive on is a delight.

Oh I know, I've seen the same picture with France and Germany as countries mentioned,.... doesn't really matter, does it? It's just mocking bad roads and crappy governments doeing a bad job repairing them. I do assume Canada has more troubles with winters then we do

Samoyeds? But they're so fffluffffy! Our neighbor had one, it seemed pretty mild-mannered (though I first met it when it was probably already 5-6yrs old).

OK on second look that does look a bit larger than an American Spitz (the other name.) So that must be one huge kitty.
