I think I've seen the video that's from... IIRC, there's more to it than just a dog with a funny eating habit, the poor pooch has some kind of digestive tract deformity where his body HAS to be kept vertical while he eats or the food won't go to his stomach and stay there. So they made that special "dog high chair" and trained him to use it, and now everything's copacetic.
