They finally got Matchmaking working in Helldivers 2. Spend the last 3 hours with 2 Texan dudes, one from the Midwest an me, from Germany. No lag at all. Hella fun.

Thanks for the offer, but due to time zones, i am playing at the time where you probably are at work. :) I think solo play will let you experience maybe 30% of the game. From the little that I played. There is no chance that you can solo the waves on higher difficulties. So probably no Defense...

Bought Helldivers 2. Apparently, some update and the huge influx of new players fucked up matchmaking. So only solo play or playing with friends. Guess i gotta play alone for now.

It also was a RTS. You could construct a base, harvest resources and build mechs/vehicles.

Maybe someone can help me. I remember playing (early 2000s) a FPS RTS. I think there were 2 races, a humanoid tech race and an alien biotech race. You could enter vehicles and pilot them or run on foot and snipe the enemy vehicles pilots and hijack their vehicles. Does it ring a bell for anyone?

I am so jealous. We dont have that in germany. I am so tired of smoking and baking is such an arduous task. And watermelon is the best flavor hands down.
