[NHL] 2017-18 NHL - 100 Years (aka The Rise of the Golden Knights)

This season is going to be fucking awesome for Oilers fans.

I'm glad I have tickets for a few games. Still haven't been to the new stadium.

Nothing is ever good. Most teams have ups and downs. Not mine. Everything I like is always going to be bad. I can't console myself with anything ever because every single aspect of everything sucks.

The Vegas Golden Knights won their 8th game of the year tonight against Colorado, 7-0.

The Washington Capitals won 8 games... their entire first season.

Man I am loving Vancouver's early season relevance. Guaranteed 500 record against the penguins for the year.

Bad news: We didn't get Duchene.

Good news: We convinced Colorado to trade him.

Best news: We got Kyle Turris as a result of that trade.

Hearts are breaking all over Smashville tonight. Team captain Roman Josi just got engaged on Christmas Day.

Their Twitter account (in the running for ROTY for sports Twitter accounts IMNSHO) actually posted "Will the Knights make it to the Stanley Cup Finals?"

I don't know if you guys watched the Leafs Chicago game last night, but I feel for the coaches. Neither team had any idea on what is or is not a penalty.

Eastern Conference. He's right about the Pens. I'm not confident about the postseason at this point...

Western Conference. @jwhouk, would you like to respond? :)
