I know it's probably the MUSIC BITCH WITHIN (oh god down girl DOWN! BACK FOUL BEAST) Ok. I'm better, but that high note made me ovulate. Ten eggs at one time. I feel like a squid.

It's the instrument (not sure how well in tune ocarinas are, as I know nothing about them), and not you, but it sounds SO COOL!!!! Next time I go to the ren faire in LA I will buy a better ocarina

I can say, at least for me, it's hard to hit high notes on an ocarina. When I try on the fella's, it feels like it's very hard to focus the air. Those high notes were a tiny bit flat, but if you just got the thing, it's a very nice start!

it's an awesome start.

keep it up, practice every day. One day, you'll realize that you barely think about your fingers, or your breath. The instrument will be a part of you...something you collaborate with to make the music, rather than something you make music on. It's awesome when you first realize that rather than 'learning the ocarina', you've become a musician.
