It seems like the plug-in isn't working anymore, at least inside a subforum. You can still click on the Subforum's icon and mark everything in it as read, but its not working on individual topics anymore. At least not for me anyway.

Well instead marking it as read, it puts a black slash and a lock on it now.
EDIT: It seems to only be doing it for me in the Games Forum now.

Then I assume you mod the Games Forum. In which case, yes, it'll lock instead of mark as read.
... but I was never notified as being a Mod. And I don't think I am, as I'm not listed as one.
(240) I dunno, admin usually has to explicitly list them to appear on the mod list. You'd have to ask Dave if he has anything to do with it. Sowwiez. :/
Nope. He's not listed as a mod anywhere. In addition, I went though his permissions on each board and that board is no different than any other.

(240) I'd say look at the plugin settings next, see if it's set per forum basis, but I can mark threads as read in the games forum just fine. :/
This HAS happened before, but it fixed itself after a day or two. This has been going on somewhere between 4-6 days now. Maybe my account tripped some kind of glitch in the forum?
(240) Okay, I got the same glitch now.
It's locking threads for me in Tech and in here, haven't tried elsewhere, but I can't UNlock them.

btw: I locked the sticky and the top "build a new computer" in Tech, and a random one here, further down the list.
See, I don't think it's actually locking the threads. It just makes it LOOK like we are, even though it doesn't do anything. This has got to be a weird interaction between mods or a problem with the forum code.
(240) Yeah the locks were gone next time I looked, but it didn't mark the threads as read either I think.
So yeah, you're probably right and it's an issue with the mod itself. Needs an update.
